Manufacturing is at the 6th of October City plant, in the 3rd Industrial Zone. Commercial operations run from the Ataba office in Cairo.
The export range is 62 SKUs across three families: water coolers and ice boxes, insulated flasks, and a varieties line covering dinner sets, spice sets, air-tight canisters, lunch boxes, jugs and storage.
The plant carries GOEIC verification, and Egypt has been a COMESA member since 1998 — goods presented with a valid certificate of origin enter member states free of customs duty, subject to the 45% value-added rule of origin.
The catalogue publishes a 40' high cube quantity for every SKU, because on this product class the units per container decide the landed cost. Twenty-foot loads are calculated per order.

Rule of origin
COMESA-origin goods presented with a valid certificate of origin enter member states free of customs duties and charges of equivalent effect. The condition is a minimum of 45% value added in the exporting country.
Freight economics
Water coolers are cube-out cargo, not weight-out. A 40' high cube fills on volume long before it approaches its weight limit, so units per container decide the landed cost. Loading is calculated nested and un-nested, and lids, taps and handles can ship separately for assembly or bagging at destination.
Routing
Sailings to Dar es Salaam, Beira and Maputo transit Bab el-Mandeb. Angola and Matadi route westbound through the Mediterranean and down the Atlantic with no Red Sea exposure. Both routings are priced on request.
Conformity certification
Several destination markets operate pre-shipment conformity schemes — Tanzania requires TBS certification before shipment. Documentation is prepared per destination.
